"Sunflowers" - oil painting

I describe these paintings as ‘tube’ paintings to my students. The paint is squeezed directly onto the canvas – straight out of the tube – like icing a cake…

Then the paint is gently moved with a brush or, even better, fingers!!!

Messy… but heaps of fun to do!!! Lots of laughs as paint inevitable ends up on noses, brows and chins as well!
